we offer mat pilates based strength classes designed to improve core stability, posture, muscular endurance, and overall strength.

classes can be booked through our website. bookings open 1 week in advance and spots are limited, so we recommend reserving early. if you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit.

just yourself and comfortable workout clothes. mats and equipment are provided. grip socks are recommended but not required. please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first class so we can get you checked in and set up.

yes. our classes are designed for all levels, with modifications and progressions so you can move at a pace that feels right for you. if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition, please speak with your instructor before class and consult your healthcare provider if needed.
